Tom Yum Soup

12 small servings, 8 very large servings.



  1. Add lemongrass, ginger, chilis, and garlic to broth, and simmer at least 10 mins, before straining out.
  2. Add mushrooms, tomatoes, and onions, and simmer for about 3 mins.
  3. Stir in sugar and fish sauce, simmering for an additional 1-2 mins.
  4. Stir in lime juice and protein of choice, and serve garnished with cilantro.
